I have an urge to help others with what I have learnt, in particular within the fitness realm. I have 20 years of personal fitness experience and my knowledge broadens with each coaching encounter. I would like to use the time I have spent refining my own knowledge and skill to help aid you in your quest for a better quality of living. Personal responsibility is what gets me out of bed in the morning. It beads the day with meaning and offers a sense of satisfaction when finally putting myself to rest in the evening. Simplistic moments like shifting a pin on a weight machine or beating the last run by a handful of seconds are meaningful living experiences. For me, those little fractions of time are the bricks of satisfaction that most of us think we can find in a social media feed or at the bottom of a beer can at 2 a.m. in the morning.
